Return and Refund Policy for NNED Market

At NNED Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning products and receiving refunds.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. Conditions for Return Acceptance
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
· Be unused and in their original condition.
· Have all original labels and seals attached and undamaged.
· Be in their original undamaged packaging.
Return Exceptions (non-returnable items):
· Deeply discounted products (Final Sale items).
· Products where the seal has been broken for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care products, opened cosmetics, etc.) if they are non-returnable for health reasons.
3. Available Refund Options
Once your return is accepted, you have the following options:
· Full Refund: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
· Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit at NNED Market to use on future purchases.
· Product Exchange: If the product is defective or damaged, we can exchange it for the same product (subject to stock availability).
4. Return Shipping Fees
· If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product): NNED Market bears the full cost of return shipping.
· If the return is due to a change of mind (product doesn't fit, changed opinion): The customer bears the return shipping cost, unless your local laws state otherwise.
Important: For orders that originally included free shipping, the original shipping cost we paid may be deducted from the refund amount in case of a change-of-mind return.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us: Send your return request to our dedicated email address:

2. Order Information: Please include the following information in your email:
· Order number.
· Name of the product(s) you wish to return.
· Reason for return (defective, damaged, didn't like it, wrong size, etc.).
· Photos or video showing the product's condition (especially in case of defects).
3. Approval and Instructions: Once we review your request, we will reply within 2-3 business days to confirm return acceptance and provide you with:
· The return shipping address.
· (If we agree to bear the cost) A prepaid shipping label.
6. Preparing and Sending the Return
· After approval, you must ship the product(s) within 7 days.
· We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as NNED Market is not responsible for any lost return shipment that cannot be tracked.
7. Refund Processing Time
· Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, processing may take 5 to 7 business days.
· The refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account or on your credit card, depending on the policies of the card-issuing bank.
8. Defective or Damaged Products (Warranty)
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at nnedmarket@outlook.fr with clear photos of the defect and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
